摘要
介绍了利用变频调速装置实现电机负载下节能的途径和原理,分析了变频调速的节能特点,对翻车机系统应用变频器前后进行了技术经济对比分析,表明变频调速装置应用于翻车机系统时在节能减排、提高系统效率方面具有显著作用。
The approach and principle of using frequency control device to achieve energy saving were introduced.The paper analyzes the energy-saving characters of frequency control device.The analysis of economic and technical index has been conducted between with and without a frequency control device of dumper system.The result indicates that the frequency control device which has been implemented in dumper system has great advantages in energy saving and discharge reduction and improving the effectiveness of the system.
