摘要
针对目前装饰工程现状及特点,探讨了如何加强装饰工程造价管理,提出应确定装饰标准,统一规划土建与装饰设计,加强定额管理及对管饰材料价格的动态管理等措施,以指导实践,确保装饰工程最佳的投资效益。
In light of the current status and features of decoration project,it discusses how to strengthen the cost management of decoration project,proposes some measures such as decoration criteria,unifying and planning civil construction and decoration design,strengthening the quota management,and strengthening the dynamic management of the decoration material prices,with a view to guide practice,and to ensure the maximum investment benefits of the decoration project.
