The paper introduces the survey of the general contract program of solar photovoltaic parallel grid power project in Hongqiao railway along express railway from Beijing to Shanghai,analyzes the construction features,and points out the suggestions for the relative problems in the contract management in the general contract program of large-scale BIPV parallel grid power station,so as to have the reference significance for the contract management in similar projects.
