“边疆发展中国论坛·2010”主要论点综述

Review of Forum of Frontier Development China 2010

2010年10月23日,由教育部社会科学司和国家民委教育科技司倡导支持,国务院发展研究中心民族发展研究所加盟支持,中央民族大学主办,教育部人文社会科学重点基地中央民族大学中国少数民族研究中心承办的"边疆发展中国论坛2010"在北京中央民族大学举办。本年度的论坛主题是"发展方式变革与机制创新",其主旨是围绕中国西部边疆少数民族和民族地区的发展问题,探讨如何更新发展观念、创新发展机制,转变发展方式,满足边疆边民的发展需求,以实现国家政治、经济、社会、文化及生态全面和谐发展的目标。本文按照发展理念、区域发展和少数民族发展三个专题综述与会学者的主要观点。

On 23th,October,2010,＂China Forum of Frontier Development 2010＂ was hosted by Minzu University of China and the mission was carried out by EMSCOC,a Key Research Institution of Humanities and Social Sciences of MOE）was opened in Beijing.The Forum was initiated by Social Science Department,Ministry of Education（SSDMOE）and Education Science and Technology Division in State Ethnic Affaires Commission（ESTD）,and was supported jointly by SSEME,ESTD and Ethnic Development Research Institute of the State Council Development Research Center.The annual theme of this Forum was ＂Development Mode Change and Mechanism Innovation＂.There were approximately 80 scholars representing different universities and research centers attending the Forum.Focusing on key terms like ＂Western Region＂,＂Frontier＂,＂Ethnic Minority＂ and ＂Ethnic Minority Area＂,the Forum aims to explore how to renew development ideas,to innovate development opportunities,and to change development modes,therefore by leaps and bounds to achieve national ecological,economic,social,cultural and political construction goals,and meet the development needs of people residing in the frontiers.The paper presents a summary on the main perspectives from three panels：development ideas,regional development,and ethnic development.
