于2010年9月18日至19日召开的"2010年全国侗族地区经济文化协作研讨会",以"全国侗族地区民族文化保护与旅游"为主题,对新形势下侗族地区的民族文化和旅游如何科学健康发展的问题进行了探讨,研讨会围绕着开发、挖掘、保护侗族文化,促进侗族地区经济文化高效发展等几方面内容展开,提出了湘黔桂三省合力推动侗族地区发展的建议。
