摘要
目的在《护理学基础》课程实验教学中开设综合设计性实验教学并探索其教学效果。方法在2005级、2006级本科护生中,采用完全随机抽样办法,抽出试验组和对照组,试验组采用综合设计性实验方法教学,对照组则采用传统实验教学方法。结果经统计学分析,试验组护生实验前后自主学习3项能力比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验后试验组护生自主学习能力均明显提高;试验组与对照组护生的分析和解决问题能力、沟通能力及创新意识得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),即试验组护生的分析和解决问题能力、沟通能力及创新意识3项能力与对照组护生相比有明显提高。结论综合设计性实验教学改变了传统实验教学护生机械模仿,被动接受知识和掌握技能的状况,在不影响教学目标达成的基础上,激发护生学习兴趣,变被动学习为主动学习,增强自主学习能力,帮助护生形成科学评判性思维模式,有益于护生综合运用知识,锻炼提高沟通能力,培养团队合作精神与创新意识,促进护生全面发展。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive-designed experiment teaching in the course of Fundamental Nursing.Methods Experimental group and control group involved nursing undergraduates from grade 2005 and 2006 with random sampling.Comprehensive-designed experiment teaching was applied in experimental group while traditional teaching method was adopted in control group.Results The competence of autonomous learning among students from experimental group was strengthened after comprehensive-designed experiment teaching.The differences of analysis and problem solving ability,communication ability and innovation consciousness showed significantly statistic difference of two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive-designed experiment teaching can motivate students' learning interest,strengthen the competence of autonomous learning,help cultivate critical thinking and it also improves the ability of communication,teamwork spirit and consciousness of innovation thus promote students' all-round development.
