血清Cys C在糖尿病肾病诊断中的意义 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys C)在糖尿病肾病诊断中的应用价值。方法采用颗粒增强免疫比浊法检测80例健康者和100例糖尿病肾病患者的血清Cys C浓度,同时检测血清尿素(Urea)和肌酐(Cr)浓度并与之比较。结果糖尿病肾病患者组血清Cys C、Urea、Cr结果分别为(1.98±0.99)mg/L、(10.54±2.58)mmol/L和(150.6±11.6)μmol/L,健康对照组血清Cys C、Urea、Cr结果分别为(0.99±0.18)mg/L、(4.71±0.99)mmol/L和(88±0.87)μmol/L;糖尿病性肾病患者组血清Cys C、Urea、Cr结果均明显高于健康对照组,经t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖尿病肾病患者组中血清Cys C、Urea、Cr阳性率分别为95%、66%和75%,血清Cys C阳性率与血清Urea和Cr比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清CysC在糖尿病肾病诊断中有一定应用价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnosic value of senum cystatinC(Cys C) in patiens with diabetic nephropathy. Methods The concentration of serum Cys C was measured by particles reinforced immune turbidity method in 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy and 80 healthy controls,and comparing serum Urea and Creatomne(Cr). Results The results of the serum Cys C,Urea and Cr were (1.98±0.99)mg/L,(10.54±2.58)mmol/L and(150.6±11.6)umol/L in patiens group with dianetic nephropatly,the results of the serum Cys C,Crea and Cr were (0.99±0.18)mg/L, (4.71±0.99)mmol/L and(88±0.87)μmol/L in healthy control group. The serum Cys C, Crea and Cr levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy were obviously higher than those in healthy controls, the difference among them was significant(P〈0.01 ). The positive rate of Cys C,Crea and Cr in patients with diabetic nephropathy was 95 % ,66 % and 75 % respectively. The positive rate of Cys C was significantly higher than that of Urea and Cr(P〈0.01). Conclusion The Cys C has a certain application value in diabetic nephropathy.
