摘要
目的探寻小儿肛门成形术后简便、经济、高效的护理方法,以提高切口甲级愈合率,缩短术后住院时间。方法将入住笔者所在科的62例先天性肛门闭锁行肛门成形术的小儿,按入院顺序随机分为试验组和对照组(每组31例),试验组采用电吹风联合碘伏的护理方法,对照组采用生理盐水进行肛门护理。结果试验组的切口甲级愈合率高于对照组;术后平均住院时间明显短于对照组,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电吹风联合碘伏应用于小儿肛门成形术后是一种简便、经济、有效的护理疗法。
Objective To explore a simple,economic and efficient nursing method for children after anoplasty,in order to enhance class-A healing rate of incision and shorten postoperative stay.Methods 62 children with congenital anal atresia who were performed anoplasty in our department were divided into test group and control group randomly according to their admission time（31 cases in each）.The test group received nursing care by hair dryer in combination with iodophor and the control group received nursing care by NS in anal region.Results In test group,The class-A healing rate incision is higher and average postoperative stay is significantly shorter than that in control group.There is a statistically significant difference between these two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of hair dryer in combination with iodophor in children after anoplasty is a simple,economic and effective nursing therapeutics.
