血中GA、MCP-1和超敏C反应蛋白对急性冠脉综合征患者的影响被引量：1

摘要目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血糖化血红蛋白(GA)、单核/巨嗜细胞趋化蛋白(MCP-1)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化。方法测定96例急性冠脉综合征患者(ACS组),67例稳定型心绞痛患者(SAP组)及53例胸痛、胸闷等症状的患者(对照组)血中GA、MCP-1、和hs-CRP水平的变化。结果外周血GA、MCP-1和hs-CRP水平ACS组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。ACS组外周血GA和MCP-1呈明显性(P<0.05)。结论 ACS患者的GA、MCP-1和CRP水平明显升高,GA是ACS预测的一个重要指标。
