针刀治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency by acupuncture

目的：观察C形臂x线机下针刀松解枕下三角对椎．基底动脉供血不足（VBI）的影响。方法：将131例VBI患者随机分为两组，治疗组68例采用C形臂x线机下针刀松解枕下三角、刺激风池穴治疗，对照组63例采用静脉滴注葛根素注射液治疗。观察治疗前后临床症状及经颅多普勒超声（TCD）检测左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率为89．71％、对照组为85．71％。治疗组治疗后椎一基底动脉平均血流速度明显增加（P〈0．01）。结论：C形臂x线机下针刀松解枕后三角治疗VBI有效。

Objective： To observe the effect on treating VBI by acupuncture with C-arm X-ray machine. Methods： Divide 131 cases VBI sufferers into two groups randomly, treatment group of 68 cases treated by acupotomy with C-arm X-ray machine and stimulate Fengchi. 63 cases of control group applies for puerarin intravenous injection. Observe the change of clinical symptoms before and after treatment and examine the change of left vertebral artery, right vertebral artery, basilar artery for average of blood flowing speed by TCD. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.71% and control group was 85.71%. In treatment group the average of blood flowing speed of vertebro-basilar significantly increased （P〈0.01） after treatment. Conclusion： Treating VBI by acupuncture with C-arm X-ray machine has remarkable curative effect.
