微波银质针对颈椎病关节弹响征的改善

The improvement of microwave silver needle onto cervical joint clicks symptoms

目的：观察微波银质针与毫针对顽固性颈椎病关节弹响征的改善。方法：抽取病程5年以上的顽固性颈椎病120例，银质针与毫针各治疗60例，按视觉模拟评分（VAS）进行疼痛评价，1个月、6个月后随访观察疗效：银质针组治愈49例，好转10例，无效1例；毫针组治愈7例，好转29例，无效24例。两组治疗后疼痛评分方面，t检验，P=0．000，具有高度统计学意义，银质针组疗效评分高于对照组；两组治疗有效率比较（，检验，P=0．000），两组关节弹响征比较（Pearsonx2=27．154，P=-0．000），差别有高度的统计学意义。结论：银质针组在疗效及颈椎关节弹响的改善方面均优于毫针组，且两组疗效均与弹响的改善密切相关。

Objective： The objective of this paper was to apply silver needle acupuncture assisted with microwave and fine needle approach to ameliorate the functions of intractable cervical spondylosis joint clicks. Method： Randomly selectting 120 cases with intractable cervical spondylosis over 5 years history, 60 cases were respectively treated with silver needle and fine needle. The value of pain intensity was evaluated in light of visual analog scale （VAS）, the treatment effect following with interview was observed after the process of therapy for 1,6 months. Result： Among the group treated with silver needle, 49 cases were cured, the symptoms of 10 cases were improved, no effect in 1 case; While in fine needle treatment group, 7 cases were cured, the symptoms of 29 cases were improved, no effect in 24 cases. According to the score acquired in these two groups, the grade of silver needle treatment has outweight fine needle group in terms of T -test. To compare the efficiency of two groups with xe-test, there were significant difference between these two groups （Pearson xe=27.154, P=0.000）. Conclusion： The efficiency and improvement of cervical spondylosis joint clicks by silver needle treatment is superior to fine needle. There are intensive correlation between therapeutic efficiency and improvement of cervical spondylosis joint clicks.
