中医心理疗法在神经症的实践与应用

Practice and application on treating neurosis by TCM psychotherapy

目的：总结分析中医心理疗法在神经症治疗中的应用。方法：选取68例神经症患者为研究对象，包括广泛性焦虑、惊恐障碍，强迫症，恐惧症，躯体形式障碍，随机分为两组，其中对照组组34例采用传统西医抗抑郁、抗焦虑药物治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予中医传统心理疗法治疗，观察两组治愈率及SDS、SAS评分变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为91．2％，对照组总有效率为82．4％，两组总有效率及治疗后SDS、SAS评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中医心理疗法结合西医药物治疗神经症有着较好的临床效果，能够提高神经症的治愈，改善患者焦虑、抑郁等神经症症状。

Objective： To sum up and analyze the application of psychotherapy of TCM in the treatment of neurosis. Methods： To choose 68 patients with neurosis, including generalized anxiety disorder, obsession, phobia and somatoform disorders, randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated by Western medicine antidepressant and antianxiety drugs. On the bases, the treatment group was treated by the psychotherapy of TCM, then to observe the cure rate of both groups and the variation of SDS and SAS. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.2%, while the control group was 82.4%. The difference of the total effective rate of two groups and the score of SDS, SAS after treatment had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is effective that treating neurosis by psychotherapy of TCM plus Western medicine, which can improve the cure rate of neurosis and alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
