氨甲喋呤联合中药保守治疗输卵管妊娠临床观察

Clinical observation on treating tubal pregnancy conservatively by methotrexate plus TCM

目的：探讨异位妊娠保守治疗保留输卵管功能的方法。方法：选择病情稳定异位妊娠患者给甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗76例。结果：76例患者治疗有效率达92．1％。结论：对病情稳定、β-HCG／dt〈5000mlU／ml、附件包块〈4cm的异位妊娠患者，采用甲氦．蝶呤联合中药治疗成功率高，可以为患者最大限度的保留输卵管功能。

Objective： To evaluate the methods of treating tubal function reserved ofectopic pregnancy patients. Methods： 76 stable conditionpatients were treated with methotrexate plus TCM. Results： The total effective rate of 76 cases was 92.1%. Conclusion： For a stable Condition, β-HCG value〈5000mIU/ml, accessories package fast〈4cm of ectopic pregnancy treated by methotrexate plus TCM has a high success rate, which can be reserved for patients with tubal function maximum.
