54例逍遥散加减治疗更年期抑郁症的临床分析

Clinical analysis of treating 54 cases of menopause depression with Xiaoyao San

目的：探讨逍遥散加减治疗更年期抑郁症的临床效果。方法：采用回顾性分析的方法对我院内科收治的54例确诊的更年期抑郁症患者。所有患者均采用以逍遥散方为主辅助加减方的治疗方法，针对不同患者配方。一个疗程1个星期，坚持服用3个疗程，观察效果。结果：针对患者的临床变现进行分析，加减方，经过3个疗程的治疗后，52例患者均了不同程度的缓解，2例无效。结论：针对患者的临床变现进行分析，对症下药，适时加减，逍遥散加减治疗更年期抑郁症临床疗效满意。

Objective： To study the clinical effect on treating menopause depression with Xiaoyao San. Methods： Take retrospective analysis method to treat 54 patients with menopause depressed adopted in our hospital. All patients were scattered by the free and unfettered subtract square mainly auxiliary therapy, according to different patients formula. A course 1 week, insist on taking three treatment, observing effect. Results： Aim at the patient＇s clinical realizable analysis, add and subtract square, through 3 after the course of treatment, 52 patients were different degrees of ease, 2 cases was invalid. Conclusions： In patients with clinical realizable analysis, suit the remedy to the case, timely to add and subtract, free and unfettered scattered subtract treatment climacteric depression from clinical results were satisfactory.
