摘要
目的：探讨妇科疾病腹腔镜手术期的护理。方法：对我院近2年来387例妇科腹腔镜手术进行回顾性分析。结果：全组手术无一例死亡，镜下完成手术376例，中转开腹11例，并发症3例。结论：与传统开腹手术相比，腹腔镜手术具有切口小、出血少、术后恢复快、疼痛轻、治疗效果确切及便于护理等优点。
Objective： To investigate nursing of laparoscopic surgery. Retrospectively analyze the 387 cases of gynecologic laparosc -opic surgery in our hospital over the 2 years. Results： There was no death surgery, 376 patients were completed endoscopic surgery, 11 cases were in laparotomy, 3 cases were in complications. Conclusion： Compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of small incision, less bleeding, rapid postoperative recovery, pain, treatment of certainty and ease of care, etc.
