112例老年病人胸部手术的术前评估

Preoperative evaluation of thoracic operation in senile patients—a report of 112 cases

目的 探讨对老年患者胸部手术的适应证。 方法 收集１１２ 例７０ 岁以上老年病人胸部手术的资料，从病人的术前并存病变、心肺功能以及对手术的可能性和手术方式进行综合评估。 结果 全组发生各种并发症４６ 例，死亡２ 例，急性肾功能衰竭自动出院１ 例，痊愈出院１０９ 例。 结论 只要进行认真的术前评估和术前准备。

discuss the indication of thoracic operation in old patients. Methods This set had 112 patients older than 70 years.The state of lung and heart function,coexistent diseases,operability and operative methods were evaluated. Results There were 46 cases had complications,2 death,1 acute renal failure left hospital,the other 109 patients were healed up. Conclusions Under the careful preoperatitive evaluation and preparation,old patients can tolerate large thoracic operation and convalesce from operative trauma.
