经济较强村新农村建设的思考——来自于江西省大巷村新农村建设的调研

Speculation on New Rural Community Construction in Economically-developed Villages——a Survey on New Village Construction in Dagang Village,Jiangxi

在对江西省大巷村进行调查研究的基础上分析弱乡强村的关系模式,提出新农村建设持续发展的对策:在组织建设方面完善自治机制,让农民真正组织起来;在生产发展方面以农民增收为重点,大力发展农业生产;在资金方面建立激励约束机制,追加投资;政府方面发挥政府主导作用,充分调动干部积极性。

Based on a survey of Danggang Village in Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes a weak-township-to-strong-village relation mode,and proposes certain measures for sustainable development in new rural community construction,including： to perfect self-management mechanism,thus having the peasants well organized;to focus on increasing peasants＇ income,taking efforts in agricultural production;to establish incentive and restraint mechanism,increasing investments;and to play government＇s guiding role,arising functionaries initiatives.
