摘要
农村水污染问题引起了村民的抗争。通过研究发现:农民的抗争并非是反对政府,而是维护其自身的合法权益,是其自我赋权。解决农村环境污染问题的出路在于发挥传统农村社区的作用的同时,通过制度建设,赋予农民更多的权利。
Water pollution in countryside lead to villagers＇ struggle.This study shows that the villagers do not struggle against the government,but to defend their legal rights.Their struggle is a kind of self-empowerment.The solution of environmental pollution in countryside lies in the role of traditional rural communities and empowering of more rights to peasants through system efforts.
