摘要
阐述了法人治理法律风险,是目前中国企业最为普遍的法律风险,同时也是企业众多法律风险产生的根源,由它的爆发而直接导致企业陷入危机或倒闭的情况屡见不鲜。认为完善法人治理制度已经成为企业可持续发展,防范企业法律风险的首要问题。
It is clarified that the corporate governance legal risk is currently the most common one in Chinese companies and it is also the root cause of other legal risks and by its direct result of the crisis,business failures are nothing new.It holds that improving the corporate governance has become the sustainable development of enterprises and priority problem in preventing legal risks.
