心脏手术后急性肾损伤 被引量：18

摘要 急性肾衰竭（acute renal failure,ARF）是一个临床常见的危重病症。近年的研究显示住院患者肾功能轻度受损即可导致发病率及病死率增加,所以国际肾脏病和急救医学界倾向将急性肾衰竭改称为急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury,AKI）。
