婚前人工流产与生殖道感染、分娩并发症的临床研究

Clinical research on premarital abortion,reproductive tract infection and complications during delivery

目的:探讨分析婚前非意愿妊娠人工流产对女性生殖健康的影响。方法:对1080例婚前人工流产、1138例足月妊娠分娩的初产妇进行问卷调查,并结合生殖道感染情况和产时并发症进行分析。结果:婚前人工流产导致生殖道感染、分娩并发症增加。结论:迫切需要加强青春期健康教育,减少婚前性行为和意外妊娠的发生,以降低生殖道感染和分娩并发症发生率。

Objective：To explore and analyze the effect of premarital abortion of unwanted pregnancy on maternal reproductive health.Methods：1 080 women with premarital abortion and 1 138 primiparous women of full-term birth were surveyed by a questionnaire,their reproductive tract infection status and complications during delivery were analyzed.Results：Premarital abortion led to reproductive tract infection and increased complications during delivery.Conclusion：It is urgent to enhance adolescent health education,reduce premarital sexual behavior and the occurrence of unwanted pregnancy in order to reduce the incidences of reproductive tract infection and complications during delivery.
