摘要
以构建的柯萨奇病毒B 组3 型(CVB3)VP1 基因的真核表达重组质粒pCEP4CVB3VP1 作为候选的基因疫苗,评价其诱导小鼠产生的中和抗体反应。大量制备并提纯pCEP4CVB3VP1 DNA,用其接种BALB/C小鼠,取血清进行病毒中和试验。结果证明其可诱导小鼠机体产生特异性中和抗体,并能中和CVB3 毒力,起到基因疫苗的预防作用。
Being a candidate of gene vaccine,pCEP4 CVB3VP1,a recombinant eukaryotic expressing plasmid of Coxsackie virus group B type 3 VP1 gene had already been constructed by ourselves.The neutralizing antibody response elicited by pCEP4 CVB3VP1 was expected to know.A quantity of pCEP4 CVB3VP1 DNA was prepared and purified.Sera harvested from mice inoculated with pCEP4 CVB3VP1 was applied for neutralization test.The result showed that pCEP4 CVB3VP1 could induce the mice producing a specific neutralizing antibody which can neutralize the virulence of CVB3.So the inoculation of pCEP4 CVB3VP1 may be equivalent to that of a vaccine.
