Waterlogging tolerance of seventeen chinese cabbages of different genotypes

摘要 以17份不同基因型大白菜为试材,研究淹水胁迫对大白菜产量性状和生理指标的影响,采用主成分分析、系统聚类分析和隶属函数法综合评价大白菜的耐湿能力。结果表明,11个单项指标集约于3个主成分,累计贡献率为0.845,通过隶属函数值D评价耐湿性的强弱,并利用聚类分析将17份不同基因型大白菜分为3类:第Ⅰ类是耐湿类型,包括x2(早5-1-2-3)、x5(YMZ10-1×白阳-1)和x13(京夏2号-2-1)等3份材料;第Ⅱ类是中度耐湿类型,包括x3(Xiafu-2)、x12(白阳-2-5-3-2)、x4夏(Y-1)、x16(001-3×可-8)、x8(夏×001-4×可)和x11(白阳-1)等6份材料;第Ⅲ类是不耐湿类型,包括x15(福-2H)、x1(日-1)、x6(DH11-13H)、x9(DH10-18-2)、x7(庆农601-2加)、x14(DH15-5H)、x10(耐热8号-1-3)和x17(早z-5)。 Seventeen Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa L.ssp.Pekinensis) of different genotypes were subjected to waterlogging stress to study the effects on some of the plant's yield traits and physiological indicators.Principal component analysis,subordinate function and system clustering analysis were used to evaluate the waterlogging tolerance of the 17 Chinese cabbages.The principal component analysis indicated that 11 indices could be categorized into 5 factors,with an accumulative contribution up to 0.845.A comprehensive evaluation on the heat resistance was given based on D value of subordinate function analysis.The 17 genotypes were divided into 3 clusters by system clustering based on the D value.The most tolerant genotypes were Zao5-1-2-3,YMZ10-1 Baiyang-1 and Jingxia2-2-1H.The moderately tolerant genotypes were Xiafu-2,Baiyang-2-5-3-2,XiaY-1H,001-3 S-8H,Xia 001-4 S and Xiangyang-1.The least tolerant were Fu-2H,Ri-1-1H,11W-13H,10W-18-2,Qingnong601-2jia,Bai15-5-3,Naire-8-1-3 and Zaoz-5.
