福建省农村实用技术远程培训体系构建与实施成效

Establishment and implementation of system for remote practical technology training in rural Fujian

全面实施农村实用技术远程培训工程是福建省委、省政府2010年为民办实事项目之一。总结一年的实践经验,系统阐述了福建省农业科学院自承担本项目教学业务以来所发挥的作用,尤其是着力从师资队伍、课程安排、平台构建、团队协作、组织协调等方面加以统筹优化,力求有效整合资源,因地制宜构建福建省农村实用技术远程培训体系。同时深入分析远程培训实施成效、主要经验与难点所在,取得了良好成效,积累了经验,并提出进一步提升福建省农村实用技术远程培训成效的思路和对策。

Complete implementation of the System for Remote Practical Technology Training in the rural area was one of the major tasks that the Fujian Provincial Government and the Party Committee determined to carry out for serving the people in 2010.This paper describes the important role Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences played since it undertook this project.In addition to energetically taking into systematic optimization of teaching staff,course arrangement,platform construction,team cooperation and organization coordination,it aimed also to integrate resources effectively by constructing the training system with local conditions.Meanwhile,in-depth analysis of the implementing effects,relevant experiences and difficulties was performed and reported to generate new ideas and countermeasures for further improvements and promoting the effect in the future.
