复杂形状中空陶瓷部件的凝胶注模成型 被引量:8

GEL-CASTING OF CERAMIC PARTS WITH HOLLOW AND COMPLICATED SHAPE

摘要 通过仔细设计模具,并在研究了催化剂等对凝胶注模成型过程的影响以及脱模和干燥对成型坯体质量的影响的基础上,制备出了强度在24MPa以上、外观质量很好的复杂形状中空陶瓷部件。扫描电镜分析可知坯体的显微结构均匀,坯体比较致密,高聚物通过三维网络把陶瓷颗粒紧密地联结在了一起。 Casting mould was carefully designed,the influence of catalyst on gel-casting process was carefully studied,and the effects of drying and de-molding technical on the quality of ceramic body were also carefully investigated.A high quality ceramic part with hollow and complicated shape was prepared,and the strength of the ceramic is higher than 24MPa.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) examines shows that the ceramic has a relatively high body density and uniform microstructure;the ceramic particles were linked together by 3d polymer network.
