摘要 H356汽轮机叶片在装机时发现有大量锈蚀情况。通过宏观和微观检验、化学成分分析以及能谱分析等手段对锈蚀叶片进行了全面分析,并对该叶片进行了不同环境及条件下的锈蚀试验,从而对叶片锈蚀的原因进行了分析。结果表明:叶片锈蚀为点腐蚀,叶片材料中铬含量偏低,叶片表面大面积地接触到氧化剂和活性离子(Cl-),并长期储存于湿度高于60%的环境中是锈蚀的主要原因。最后提出了提高该类叶片防锈能力的建议。 Serious corrosion was found on a lot of steam turbine blades when they were assembled in steam turbine.The main reasons for steam turbine blades getting rusty were analyzed by macro and micro examination,chemical composition analysis,energy spectrum analysis and corrosion experiments under different circumstance and condition.The results showed that the low content of Cr element in blades,a lot of oxidant and the activity ion(Cl-) adhered to blade,as well as long-term storage in the humidity higher than 60% of the environment were the main reasons of blade getting rusty.Finally,the suggestions to save them from corrosion were put forward.
