摘要 :采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定面粉中痕量铅和镉。面粉用乙醇和硝酸溶解后,加入分散剂Triton X-80溶液得到样品的悬浊液。然后经均质器分散10 min后,在磁力搅拌下搅拌8 min动态进样分析。铅和镉的检出限(3S/N)分别为0.05,0.006 mg·L^(-1),加标平均回收率分别为98.8%,96.7%。 A method of ICP-AES for the determination of Pb and Cd in flour was proposed. Flour was dissolved with ethanol and HNO3, and Triton X-80 solution was added as dispersing agent. The suspension obtained was dispersed with homogenizer for 10 min and agitated with magnetic stir for 8 rain, then introduced into the instrument for analysis. Values of detection limits of the method were 0. 05 mg·L^-1 and 0. 006 mg·L^-1 and values of recovery found were 98. 8% and 96. 7% for Pb and Cd respectively.
