摘要
本文通过对葡萄糖、胰岛素、钾溶液(GIK) 组和对照组的脑缺血大鼠的缺血组织中谷氨酸(Glu)、天门冬氨酸(Asp)、一氧化氮(NO)的含量测定,表明GIK的应用可以有效地抑制缺血及再灌流时Glu、Asp 、NO的异常增高,与对照组相比较P< 0-01。从而减轻了上述物质的神经毒性,起到了对缺血脑组织的保护作用。为临床上GIK在缺血性脑血管疾病中的应用提供了有力的依据。
To investigate the role of GIK in the cerebral ischemia,we tested the levels of Glu,Asp and NO in two groups of wistar.It was found that GIK can inhibite levels of Glu,Asp and NO in the ischemia to decrease abnormaly when cerebrum of wistar was ischemia or reirrigated.It is concluded that GIK may increase the neurotoxic of Glu,Asp and NO.So it can protect the cerebrum from ischemia.
