摘要
文章根据中央新疆工作座谈会实现新疆跨越式发展与长治久安三大目标任务,就新疆与全国经济发展水平及西北地区的平均发展水平作了较为深入的分析,并根据这一目标对新疆今后10年的发展作了预测。
According to the three major targets to realize the striding development and the Long-term Stability of Xinjiang made by the Central Work forum on the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region(XUAR).This paper offers a comparatively advanced analysis,compared Xinjiang with the northwestern region of China and the whole country in the average level of economic development,and made some forecasts on the development of Xinjiang in future decade in the light of the three major targets.
