摘要
文章采用MPN以及显微计数两种方法对不同样品中甲烷菌数目进行检测。试验结果表明:显微计数用于沼气发酵过程中的甲烷菌检测是可行的。该法比MPN计数更加快速简便,结果也更接近真实情况。
Bacteria counting methods of MPN and microscopy were tested and compared to detect the number of Methanogen in different samples.The results showed that the cell counting by microscope is feasible for detecting the number of Methanogen,which is faster and easier than the MPN method,and the results were closer to the truth.
