加味大承气汤灌肠治疗多器官功能障碍综合征患者肠道黏膜屏障功能障碍临床研究

Study of Modified Dachengqi Decoction Enema Therapy on Intestinal Mucous Membrane Barrier Dysfunction of Patients with Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome

目的观察加味大承气汤灌肠对多器官功能障碍综合征患者肠道黏膜屏障功能障碍的治疗作用。方法将患者40例随机分为A组与B组,均予常规西医治疗,在此基础上A组予以大承气汤液灌肠,B组予安慰剂灌肠。两组治疗7d。比较两组治疗前、治疗第3日及第7日的尿乳果糖/甘露醇比值(L/M)和循环D-乳酸质量浓度。结果治疗组尿(L/M)和循环D-乳酸的下降大于对照组。结论加味大承气汤灌肠治疗可改善多器官功能障碍综合征患者肠道黏膜通透性,保护肠黏膜屏障功能。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Dachengqi Decoction enema therapy on intestinal mucous membrane barrier dysfunction of patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Methods：40 cases with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and intestinal mucous membrane barrier dysfunction were randomly divided into the A group and the B group.Beside of conventional treatment,the A group was used the enema therapy of Modified Dachengqi Decoction once a day.The B group was given to the placebo enema therapy.After 7 days,the urinary lactulose/mannitol（L/M） and the plasma D-lactic acid level of 2 groups were compared in the 1st,the 3rd and the 7th day.Results：After treatment,The D-lactate level and urinary L/M value were significantly reduced in the treatment group compared with the control group.Conclusion：Modified Dachengqi Decoction enema therapy can improve the intestinal mucous membrane permeability of patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.It could protect the intestinal mucosa barrier function.
