摘要
目的 研究高分子多孔微球GDX- 203 对食用合成色素的吸附。方法 胭脂红、苋菜红、亮蓝、靛蓝及柠檬黄的水溶液易被高分子多孔微球GDX- 203 吸附,吸附量用色谱法和可见紫外分光光度法评价。结果 高分子多孔微球GDX- 203 能吸附上述色素,其中对亮兰和胭脂红的吸附量较大。结论 GDX- 203 是一种理想的吸附材料。
Obiective: To study the absorption of edible synthetic pigment by polymeric polyporus minor ball, GDX-203. Methods: Carmine, amaranth, bright blue, indigoblue and lemon yellow in water were absorbed evaluated with chromatography and visible spectrophotometry. Results: The polyments, especially bright blue and carmine. Conclusion: The GDX-203 is and ideal absorptive material.
