摘要
以优选辣木的茎段为材料,采用组织培养技术对其诱导、增殖、生根等问题进行研究,结果表明:基本培养基种类是影响辣木诱导和增殖最关键的因素,辣木诱导最适培养基组合是改良MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+蔗糖30g/L,诱导系数可达2.93倍;增殖最适的培养基是改良MS+6-BA0.3 mg/L+KT0.2 mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,平均增殖系数达到3.46倍;在1/2改良MS+NAA0.1 mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L+蔗糖25g/L+卡拉胶6.5g/L培养基上均能获得健壮的生根苗,生根率达90%以上,且植株和根系长势良好。
Study the explant on induction,multiplication,rooting culture in technique of tissue culture.The results show that most suitable induction culture medium of Moringa oleifera Lam is the improved MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L+sugar 30g/L,the induction staring rate reaches 2.93 time,the optimum culture medium for the generation-continuing multiplication is the improved MS+6-BA0.3mg/L+KT0.2 mg/L +NAA0.1 mg/L,the multiplication rate reaches 3.46 times,the rooting induction culture medium is the improved 1/2 MS+NAA0.1 mg/L +IBA0.2 mg/L + sugar 25g/L,the rooting rate reaches 90% and the test-tube plant is well.
