主要栽培因素对皖麦52品质的影响

摘要 利用正交旋转回归分析研究了氮、磷、钾、种植密度和行距对中筋小麦皖麦52品质的影响。结果表明:施氮量对皖麦52蛋白质含量影响最大,依次是行距、施钾量、施磷量和密度;施氮量对湿面筋含量的影响最大,依次是行距、密度、施钾量和施磷量。蛋白质含量≥15%为目标的栽培技术模式的氮、磷、钾、密度和行距分别为:施氮量283.14~296.04 kg/hm2,施磷量85.08~87.96kg/hm2,施钾量96.83~105.26kg/hm2,基本苗密度2.3268×106~2.4732×106株/hm2,行距17.6~18.3cm。湿面筋含量≥37%为目标的栽培技术模式的氮、磷、钾、密度和行距分别为:施氮量285.96~293.7kg/hm2,施磷量87.9~92.1Kg/hm2,施钾量107.81~112.19 kg/hm2,基本苗密度2.3526×106~2.4474×106株/hm2,行距17.7~18.2cm。 We used the method of orthogonal rotation to study the effects Nitrogen level,phosphorus level,Potassium level,planting density and row spacing on the quality of wheat Wanmai52.The result showed that the N level affects the quality of wheat Wanmai52 most,followed by row spacing,K level,P level and planting density.With the Protein content target of 15% for Wanmai52,the corresponding application rates of N,P,K,density and row spacing were 283.14~296.04kg/hm2,87.96~85.08kg/hm2,96.83~105.26kg/hm2,2.3268×106~2.4732×106seedling/hm2and 17.6~18.3cm.With the wet gluten content target of 37% for Wanmai52 the corresponding application rates of N,P,K,density and row spacing were 285.96~293.7 kg/hm2,87.9~92.1 kg/hm2,107.81~112.19 kg/hm2,2.3526×106~2.4474×106seedling/hm2,17.7~18.2cm,respectively.
