北方高密度低层居住区景观规划设计初探

The Study on the Landscape Planning and Design in Northern High-density low-rise Residential Areas

随着城市土地使用制度的改革,居住区建设必须走可持续发展的道路,高密度低层居住区无论在城市边缘还是在历史文化保护区的旧城改建中都会是主流之一。该文对北方高密度低层居住区的相关概念以及现状和存在的主要问题进行了探讨,提出了一些可以改善现状的建议。在高密度低层居住区景观规划设计中,要根据高密度低层居住区自身的特点进行设计,其设计原则应是以人为中心,采用人性化、生态化的设计理念,继承地域传统文化,力求实现一个与人完全亲密协调的富有生命活力的居住环境。

As the reform of the urban land use system,residential construction must practice sustainable development,high-density low-rise residential area in both urban edges or in historical culture protectorate old city reconstruction will be one of the major trends.This paper has discussed about the north high-density low-rise residential related concepts and the main problems existing in the current,and give some advice to improve the situation.In high-density low-rise residential landscape planning and design,high-density low-rise residential areas must according to their own characteristic to carry on the design,its design principles should be with the artificial center,achieves the humanized design,using the ecological design concept,inheriting regional traditional culture,and strive to achieve a person close completely coordination with the rich life vitality living environment.
