乡村旅游体验质量实证研究

Empirical Study on the Quality of Rural Tourism Experience

以市场调查数据为基础,对西递、宏村两个乡村旅游地的游客旅游体验质量进行测评,发现游客对乡村景观风貌和民俗文化传统评价较高,在旅游项目、环境卫生条件、居民态度和管理服务质量方面体验质量较好,餐饮住宿条件、收费价格、基础设施和娱乐购物设施方面游客满意度低,并且游客对这两地重游的忠诚度不高。

Evaluate the quality of rural tourism experience in Xidi and Hong village based on the survey data.The results showed that the tourists have good evaluation with village Scenes and folk culture;The tourists are satisfactory with tourism projects,environmental conditions,the residents＇ attitude and service quality management and have low satisfaction on food and lodging conditions,fees and charges,infrastructure and entertainment facilities;Fewer tourists would travel again.
