摘要
我国高校中普遍存在的"双肩挑"管理模式,既为高等教育事业的发展做出了重要的贡献,也日益显露了不可回避的矛盾。在此背景下,文章从"双肩挑"模式内部化了高校的学术和行政、平衡了高校的复杂管理体制、是动态发展的管理制度设计等三个角度对高校"双肩挑"的岗位设置重新进行了理性考量,并分析了影响"双肩挑"模式缺陷解决的因素,提出了针对性的解决"双肩挑"模式缺陷的路径措施。
In Chinese universities and colleges,the administrative mode of "cadres doing double duty" is very common.This mode has made important contributions to China's tertiary education cause,but its disadvantages are beginning to emerge.Against this background,the authors of this article make a rational reflection on the post-setting of "cadres doing double duty" in higher learning institutions from three perspectives,analyze the factors that influence the solutions to the problems of "cadres doing double duty",and provide their suggestions on improving the mode.
