农村征地纠纷已成为当前影响农村社会稳定和发展的首要问题之一,本文通过分析层出不穷的农村征地暴力事件,从法律层面出发,找出事件发生的原因,进而提出建议,力图遏制这些事件的再次发生。

Disputes resulting from rural land requisition has become one of the major factors influencing rural social stability and development.By analyzing violent invents constantly occurring in the course of land requisition in the countryside,the writer of this article tries,from the perspective of law,to find the causes for the violence and provides some suggestions on preventing the recurrence of these events.
