耻骨后保留尿道前列腺增生部切除术101例体会

Madigan prostatectomy for benign prostatic hypertrophy:a report of 101 cases

目的 为提高前列腺切除术治疗效果。方法 １９９４年６ 月～１９９９ 年６ 月对１０１ 例良性前列腺增生症患者采用耻骨后保留尿道前列腺增生部切除术。结果 本组１０１ 例均手术成功，随访１ ～５６ 个月，效果满意。结论 本手术为较理想的良性前列腺增生开放手术治疗方法，要注意手术有关事项。

Objective\ To investigate the effectiveness of Medigan prostatectomy.Methods\ 101 cases of benign prostatic hypertrophy(BPH)(from June 1994 to June 1999)were analysed retrospectively.Results\ The surgical results were satifactory in all cases.In follow examination (1-56 m),they were no residual urethral stricture and detrusor spasm.The IPSS mean score were 4 points.Conclusion\ Madigan Prostatectomy is an optimal surgical opperation for BPH.
