九江地区先天性唇腭裂发病危险因素的分析

Analysis on Risk Factors of Cleft Lip and Palate in Jiujiang Area

目的:探讨九江地区发生先天性唇腭裂可能的危险因素,为制定相应的预防措施提供依据。方法:选择于九江学院附属医院就诊的唇腭裂患儿100例,以其父母为对象作为"病例组",选择与患者在同一出生地,性别一致的无先天性畸形患儿的父母作为"对照组"。对病例组及对照组关于30项可能导致发生唇腭裂的因素进行问卷调查,对结果进行χ2检验作单因素分析,用Logistic回归作多因素分析。结果:病例组与对照组作对照分析,进入Logistic回归模型的变量有:家族遗传(OR=12.276),孕期用药(OR=7.177),被动吸烟(OR=5.513)。结论:家族遗传、孕期用药、被动吸烟可能是江西省九江地区发生先天性唇腭裂的主要危险因素。

OBJECTIVE：To explore the possible risk factors causing clefp lip and Palate（CLP） and prepare for preventing or controlling of the disease. METHOD：100 matched pairs were studied,the CLP＇s parents were taken as experiment group while the normal baby＇s parents were chosen as control group.Two groups were asked to answer a questionnaire including 30 of CLP risk factors.The date of survey was analyzed. RESULTS：30 factors which are more likely to cause CLP were studied,and 4 of them were proved to be dangerous to the pregnant woman. CONCLUSION：Family history of congenital disease OR=12.276,medication during the first trimester of pregnancy OR=7.177 and passive smoking OR=5.513 may be the risk factors of CLP in Jiujiang area.
