摘要
电动汽车高压绝缘性能直接关系到司乘人员的人身安全,传统无源绝缘电阻测量方法存在抗干扰能力差、在特定条件下无法测量等缺点,具有一定的使用局限性。在深入分析无源绝缘电阻测量方法的基础上,提出一种新型的绝缘检测方案,通过电压注入的方法检测绝缘电阻,从根本上解决了正负母线对地对称绝缘故障无法测量的问题。实际样机检测证明,绝缘电阻检测误差控制在5%以内,符合预期目标,可有效监测车体与高压线路之间的绝缘故障,避免司乘人员受到伤害。
High voltage insulation performance of electric vehicles is directly related to the personal safety of driv-ers and passengers.Since the traditional passive insulation resistance detection method has poor anti-jamming perform-ance and can not be measured under specific conditions,it has its use limitation in some cases.Based on the depth analysis of passive insulation resistance detection method,a new insulation detection method is proposed.The new method,which is used to detect the insulation resistance by voltage injection,can be used effectively even under the situation of positive bus and negative bus symmetrical fault.The prototype testing shows that the error is less than 5%,which can achieve the anticipative aim.And the method is proved can be used to detect the insulation fault between the car body and the high voltage line.
