Assurance of Teaching Quality:The Starting Point and the Ending Point of Integration of Information Technology into Curriculum and Teaching

摘要 信息技术与课程教学整合是我国当前基础教育新课程改革进程中的一个热点问题,而追求教学质量是信息技术与课程教学整合的最终价值诉求。文章通过文献分析、要素分析和逻辑思考认为,研究解决信息技术与课程教学整合的质量问题,要树立正确的教学质量观,提高整合主体——教师的质量意识。整合要有一定的教学质量标准;整合过程要确立追求质量为目标的目的观;要建立信息技术与课程教学整合的质量评价体系。 The integration of information technology into curriculum and teaching is a hot issue in the process of current curriculum reform in basic education,whereas the ultimate value of integration of information technology into curriculum and teaching is to pursue teaching quality.By using literature analysis,element analysis,and logic reasoning,it argues that,to research on solving problems of quality of integration of information technology into curriculum and teaching,five issues need to be considered.Firstly,a proper teaching quality view should be established.Secondly,the quality awareness of teachers who act as the subject of the integration should be enhanced.Thirdly,there should be a teaching quality standard for the integration.Fourthly,the view of aiming for quality should be established during the integration.Fifthly,an assessment system for the quality of integration of information technology into curriculum and teaching should be established.
