上海女性白领休闲限制研究

The Study of Leisure Constraints to Shanghai White-Collar Women

上海女性白领作为一个新兴阶层,伴随着社会地位的提升,她们有更多的机会选择参与各种社会休闲活动,然而也遇到多种限制因素,不同的限制因素对她们的休闲体验产生了不同的影响。上海女性白领在休闲中遇到的限制因素主要有4种,即结构限制、个人限制、社会文化限制和人际限制。另外,结构限制如工作是最重要的影响因素,其次是个人限制如缺乏精力,社会文化限制如家庭义务,最后是人际限制因素。本文突破了众多学者对女性休闲限制因素的一般性研究,而是对特殊女性群体进行了具体研究,并分析了女性白领所遇到的不同层次水平的限制因素,这为休闲限制研究提供了一个新的研究视角。

As a new developing middle-class with improving social status,Shanghai white-collar women participated in a variety of leisure activities while confronting the leisure constraints which affected their leisure experience at the different level.This paper looked at the more relative importance of Shanghai white-collar women＇s leisure constraints.These women mainly experienced four types of constraints such as structural,intrapersonal,social-cultural and interpersonal constraints.Furthermore,structural constraints such as work were the most important prohibitive factor affecting women＇s leisure life,following by were intrapersonal constraints such as lack of energy or fatigue,social-cultural such as family obligation,and interpersonal constraints.
