历史文化名城可持续发展综合评价指标体系构建初探

A Preliminary Attempt on Constructing An Indicators' System for Historic City's Sustainable Development Evaluation

针对目前对历史文化名城可持续发展评价的研究尚属缺乏的现状,本文以建构历史文化名城可持续发展综合评价指标体系为目标,在总结国内外学者研究成果的基础上,通过详实的论证建立了包括资源环境、社会、经济和名城文化价值保护与开发等4类指标的指标体系,共含51项指标。其中,名城文化价值保护与开发是该指标体系的重点和亮点,是专门针对历史文化名城设立的一类指标,其包括名城文化价值保护与名城文化价值开发两小类,共12项指标。该指标体系可用于对历史文化名城可持续发展水平的综合评价,并进而指导名城的发展方向和发展决策。

After noticing that there was still lack of research for evaluating the sustainable development status for China＇s historic cities,this article aimed at constructing an indicators＇ system for the evaluation.Basing on extensive and all-around research documents and with carefully justif ication,an indicators＇ system is set up,consisting of 51 indicators,4 scopes.The 4 scopes are resource and environment sustainable index,society sustainable index,economy sustainable index,and historic city＇s cultural value sustainable index.The historic city＇s cultural value sustainable index is a new point set specifically for historic cities.It comprises of two aspects：the Protection of historic city＇s cultural value and the utility of historic city＇s cultural value.This indicators＇ system is useful for evaluating the sustainable development status of historic cities,and also helpful for leading the way for the city＇s development.
