现行网格化城市管理基于部件平面电子地图模式,导致城市部件存在死角和盲点,且查找定位困难.现基于城市街道封闭影像信息包的理念,利用城市街景影像,配合各种照片、视频、监控探头信息,应用于城市部件管理、城市监督执法和施工监督预算、城市应急指挥与运行综合保障,大大提高了城市管理的科学性和精细化水平.

There are some pitfalls in the present urban grid management based on digital map of city components,and some components are difficult to be located or could not be found.Based on the theory of information carried by the urban street images,by using those urban street images combining some collected camera pictures,video and images from surveillance camera,it is applied to manage the urban components,monitor the urban law enforcement,and oversee the implementation of construction estimate,urban emergency command and safeguards for urban security.This improves the level of scientific and refined urban management to a large extent.
