以张谷若译《苔丝》为例的译者风格研究

Study on Translator's Style with Tess of the D'Urbervilles Translated by Zhang Gu-ruo as an Example

当代翻译研究中的文化转向对国内的译学研究产生了重要影响,译者风格的研究成为译学研究的新方向.在翻译研究的文化转向下,应当加强对翻译主体的研究,对译者的生活阅历,译文产生的社会、历史和文化背景的考察成为翻译研究的必然.以张谷若译《苔丝》为例,从三个方面探讨了张谷若先生的翻译风格,即:四字格与译者的译学追求,文中注释与译者的科学精神,方言特色与译者的人生经历.

The author of this paper makes an analysis of the impact the notion of the cultural turn exerted upon translation studies at home and holds that it is necessary to explore the social,historical and cultural background of the translator as an indispensable part of the study on translation style.Tess of the D＇Urbervilles translated by Zhang Gu-ruo is taken as an example in this paper to present his translation style from three aspects： Chinese four-character combination and his pursuit of translation;the annotation and his scientific spirit in translation;the usage of dialect and his life experience.
