卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂在晚期胃癌中的临床效果研究

The Observation of Clinical and Nurse Effect of Capecitabine Combined with Oxaliplatin in the Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的探讨卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂在晚期胃癌中的临床效果研究。方法选取2007年2月—2010年2月于我院进行治疗的64例晚期胃癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合醛氢叶酸组)32例和观察组(卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂组)32例,并对其进行相应的护理方法,后将两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、患者满意率及治疗前后的血清CEA、CA50、CA199、CA125及β2-MG水平进行检测及比较。结果经比较发现,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,患者满意率高于对照组,而治疗后血清CEA、CA50、CA199、CA125及β2-MG水平均低于对照组,均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂在晚期胃癌中的临床效果较佳,配合以相应的护理,对于改善患者预后作用明显。

Objective To study the clinical effect and nurse methods of Capecitabine combined with Oxaliplatin in the patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 64 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from February 2007 to February 2010 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（Oxaliplatin,Calcium Folinate combined with Fluorouracil group）32 cases and observation group（Capecitabine combined with Oxaliplatin group）32 cases,and they were taken care of at the same time,then the clinical effect,adverse reaction rate,satisfaction rate and serum CEA、CA50、CA199、CA125 and β2-MG were detected and compared.Results The total clinical effect rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group,adverse reaction rate was lower than that of control group,satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group,and the serum CEA、CA50、CA199、CA125 and β2-MG of the observation group after the treatment were lower than those of control group,There were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Capecitabine combined with Oxaliplatin in the patients with advanced gastric cancer is better,and they are well taken care of,and it plays a important role in improving the effects.
