规范化康复管理对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行能力的影响研究

Standardized Rehabilitation Care Benefits Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia in Their Walking Ability

目的观察规范化康复护理在首次脑卒中偏瘫患者步行能力恢复中的应用效果。方法将58例脑卒中患者分成对照组和治疗组各29例,制定规范化的脑卒中康复护理方法,对治疗组29例发病患者进行康复护理。结果治疗组患者比对照组患者步行能力和生活自理能力显著提高。结论按规范化的康复护理方法实施康复护理可以提高患者步行能力和生活自理能力。

Objective To observe the application of the standardized rehabilitation care in walking ability recovery for the patients who suffer the first stroke.Methods Developed a standardized method of stroke rehabilitation care and divided 58 patients with stroke into two groups;one group received the standardized rehabilitation care and took the other who did not for comparison.Results Compared with the comparison group,patients who received the rehabilitation care had a significant improvement in walking ability and daily living recovery.Conclusion Treated with the standardized rehabilitation care,patients can have a significant improvement in walking ability and daily living recovery.
