摘要
目的进一步认识骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的临床和实验室检查特点。方法对146例确诊的MDS患者的资料作回顾性分析和总结。结果 146例MDS患者贫血145例,白细胞减少108例,血小板减少108例,二系减少36例,一系减少6例。53例检测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)有30例升高,骨髓细胞学检查有病态造血者144例,骨髓活检88例,30例可见幼稚前体细胞异常定位(ALIP)。22例染色体检查12例检测出异常核型,37例行全身单光子发射电子计算机断层扫描(SPECT)显像,其中16例显示中心骨髓活性降低,14例正常,7例增强。结论 MDS临床表现不典型,诊断主要依靠实验室检查做出综合判断。
Objective Investigate the clinical and laboratorial character of myelodysplastic syndrome（MDS）.Methods Repeat and analysis the data of 146 cases MDS which were diagnosis.Results 145 of 146 cases suffered from anaemia,108 cases WBC decreased,122 cases blood platelet decreased,104 cases three systems decreased,36 cases tow systems decreased,6 cases one system decreased,30 of 53 cases LDH increased.Marrow checking found 144 cases dysplasia.Bone marrow biopsy specimens found 30 of 88 cases abnormal localization of immature precursors（ALIP）.Chromosome examination 12 of cases found abnormal DNA.37 cases of 99m Tc SPECT examination found active of marrow decrease 16 cases、14 cases normal、7 Cases increase.Conclusion Clinical symptom of MDS is not typical,diagnosis base on the laboratorial results mainly.
