摘要
目的探讨拔除T管后发生胆漏的原因及治疗方法。方法对我院2002年—2009年行胆管探查T管引流术后T拔管除时发生胆漏16例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经保守治疗治愈13例,经再次手术治愈3例。结论胆漏的发生与患者、医源性因素及使用的材料有关,大多数胆漏能通过非手术方法治愈,应严格掌握手术的适应证。
Objective To investigate the causes and cure of biliary leakage after removal of T tube.Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with bitiary 1eakage after remova1 of T tubes from the common bile duct at our hospital from 2002 to 2009 were reviewed.Results 13 patients were cured after conservative treatment,3 patients were cured by endoscopic nosalbiliary drainage.Conclusion Biliary 1eakage relates to patients,iatrogenic or material factors.Most of biliary leakage cases can be cured by conservative therapy.Reoperative therapy would be taken according to indication.
